Procrastination II

The snow is still relentlessly falling, mocking me with it’s every drop, saying “ha you can’t sled on me because my buddy “ice” made you slip and fall and break your elbow”.

Although I don’t have anything to procrastinate about, I decided to post some “useful” links for [...]

Last week a rumor spread saying my work was to become a Piggly Wiggly by the 24th.

I hate ice. Ice is the reason I’m typing this entry today at 26 wpm.
Last night after chillin at Steve’s for awhile, I drove home and got out of my car. As I was walking into the garage, I landed on my left elbow and my laptop. I got up, went inside, and checked my [...]

It took a very long time to figure this one out, but I finally got ATi accelerated graphics to work in Gentoo. Of course, preliminary tests still show that my nVidia cards are faster…

WoW on Linux

There is a petition online that is aiming to gather 20,000 Linux users willing to buy World of Warcraft and play for full year with a monthly subscription (or run on top of their current subscription).
The petition is for Blizzard and VUGames to make a Mac OS X-to-Linux port of World of Warcraft. Mac OS [...]

It was dark outside. A distant rumble could be heard. Slowly it got louder, and louder, and louder. Soon the ground was shaking, the skies were lit up in a burst of flames, yet a man stood and beheld what was occuring in front of him.
Jaker’s Blog 3.0 had reached it’s 200th post.
When the chaos [...]
