		<description>Having done the whole Corsair RMA thing, here is what to expect.&lt;br /&gt;
Step 1.  You have to register on some computer tech support forums and post your problem there.&lt;br /&gt;
Step 2.  You have to wait for the forums mod to post possible solutions.&lt;br /&gt;
Step 3.  Try the solutions and post your inevitable results of failure.&lt;br /&gt;
Step 4.  Wait for the forum mod to post your RMA number.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
It takes about a week to get the new stuff.  Even though it is a hassle, definately post everything you have done so far, as most people have not or do not test their components as thoroughly as you have.  I'll give you some other tips also.  Forum mod responce is almost always less than 24 hours.  Good luck.
