Today at work one of my managers told me it’s a good idea to have a business card for yourself. I could use one of the generic RadioShack cards and scribble my name on it, but that’s not as professional and spiffy as my own card. So I made my own:

I got my tracking number from MSI, meaning my motherboard has been “repaired.” It was all good until I checked again a couple minutes ago…

Damn it!
A couple hours ago my RMA’d motherboard was on schedule. Now it’s been pushed back 3 days and won’t arrive until 4/3.

Here’s a Linux version of Despair, based on distro:
Caldera
Debian
Fedora
Gentoo
Mandrake
RedHat
Slackware
Ubuntu (NSFW?)
While I find all of these halarious, Gentoo gets top pick because I use it and completely understand where it’s coming from.

To continue working on my MCWE project, I deemed it necessary to install my copy of Media Center on my laptop (dual-booting) so I could do development work on the laptop. The problem here was Activation.

It’s been awhile since I last created forums. Ahh, good times…
Anyway, I’ve created the official MCWE forums at http://www.intrepidstudios.net/mcwe/. Feel free to sign up and check out whatever posts are there.
As for the project, it’s been at a standstill lately because my Media Center partition is demanding that I activate (damn you Microsoft!). I’ll just [...]

The ultimate gamer’s machine, version 1.0 — A Mountain Dew modified liquid-cooled gaming computer with refrigeration unit, water and syrup pumps, CO2 tank and carbonator.
An excellent idea, but I think I would cry if something went wrong. Last I checked, CPU’s and Mountain Dew don’t mix well together (and by together I mean physically touching [...]

I jumped on the RSS bandwagon late

RSS, Atom, feeds, that little orange box with curves inside of it. I’ve been aware of it since it’s conception. I just never found the need to touch it. Until now.
RSS Bandit is an open course RSS reader built with C#. If you’re not a programmer, all you have to worry about is that it’s [...]
